Pinched
Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.

Joining Piece connection uses a small 2" flap of fabric to connect your cushions.

Unjoined means your cushions will not be connected. You will receive separate cushions.

Rounded
The corners are rounded off instead of boxed and pointed. All standard radiuses on rounded corner cushions are 4" and all tufted style radiuses are 8". Please see our information page regarding rounded corners.
Squared
The corners are boxed style (squared corners) instead of rounded.
Cumulus (Outdoor or Indoor)
Cumulus filling is layered polyester designed to resist mildew and does not retain water. This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors.
Foam (Indoor Only)
Foam fill is recommended for all indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time.
No Cording
Cushion will not have any cording along the edges.
Corded
Cushions with a knife edge will have a single cording and cushions with boxed edges will have double cording.

Our Custom Outdoor Chaise Cushion calculator is an easy step-by-step process that allows you to pick your own fabric from our wide selection of Sunbrella and Outdura outdoor fabrics, enter your width and depth, thickness, fill and style. It is that simple!
You have your choice of 1, 2 or 3 breaks in the cushion. Choose the number of breaks according to the number required for the shape and style of you chaise lounge. When entering measurements, start at the top, or head, and go towards the bottom or foot area. For example, section one is the dimensions for the back part of a one break cushion with section two being the seat.
If you choose to add ties to your cushion, they will be made with the same fabric as your custom chaise cushion. The average length of all ties will be 23" - 25" before being put into the seam. After the tie is folded in half and inserted into seam, the actual length is approximately 11.5" - 12.5".

How do I order fabric samples?
For more information on each fabric and to order samples, please view Fabric Details while in the Fabric Selection Tool. You can even order our fabrics by the yard!
Because of variations from one computer screen to another, it's difficult to precisely match color samples on our website. We suggest that you purchase fabric samples if color matching is important to your individual buying decision.
Please be advised:
Your cushion will be folded for shipment if:
- Cushion thickness is less than 4" and the length exceeds 118"
- Cushion thickness is less than 4" and if the length added to the girth [2 x (L x W)] exceeds 129"
